You can cancel your reservation by email or telephone. Kindly refer to our cancellation policy before finalizing your group reservation. Please ensure all members of your dining party are aware of our cancellation policy to avoid any charges. For cancellations or changes to restaurant reservations; please notify us at least 3 days prior to your scheduled dining date; at least 6 days prior for groups of 20-29, and at least 8 days prior for groups of 30 or more. --------------------------- Reservations for 10-19 people including children
Cancellation 1 or 2 days prior to the day: 50% set menu price feeCancellation on the day: 100% set menu price fee --------------------------- Reservations for 20-29 people including children
Cancellation 5 days or less prior to the day: 100% set menu price fee--------------------------- Reservations for 30 people or more including children
Cancellation 7 days or less prior to the day: 100% set menu price fee--------------------------- In the case of no shows, a reduction in the party size or whole group cancellations made during the chargeable periods outlined above, a cancellation fee will be applied for each deducted guest. The cancellation fee is equal to the price (including tax) per person of the requested (at the time of booking) set menu. When no set menu is requested at the time of booking, the cancellation fee will equal the minimum set menu price (including tax) per person of the restaurant. For whole group cancellations which fall in the chargeable periods outlined above, a charge for the private room (if requested at the time of booking) will be applied in addition to the per person charge.
